SHIPPING / RETURN
We offer a $20 rate for all shipments within North America. For all international shipping is $50. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. All orders will be provided with a tracking number to the provided email address.
All international orders may be subject to additional duty charges or overseas import tariffs, these charges are considered separate transactions and are not our responsibility.
All pieces in the online shop are made to order. We cannot accept returns, unless faulty on arrival, in which case we accept the option of exchange or refund.
All custom orders and sale merchandise is final sale. Custom orders including any stone setting jewellery, cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you wish to return a faulty or incorrect product, GREY Jewellery will happily repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:
- The product must have been purchased within 2 weeks of receiving.
- You must notify GREY Jewellery by email at email@example.com with your proof of purchase, being either the PayPal confirmation, or email confirmation from us, and a description of the fault or incorrect item.
- All merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging.
- We will contact you with a return address. GREY Jewellery is not responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged in transit therefore please ensure any returned items are thoroughly packaged with bubble wrap, securely and clearly addressed.
- You must provide trackable mail and is responsible for all shipping costs incurred on any exchange or return.
- Refunds will be made through PayPal. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by us.
- Please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
